Preparing meals is a strictly organized process, yet at the same time, cooking is very much done from the heart, and it’s an art form that involves free-flowing creativity.
Chef Nacho really wants to focus on vegetables and to focus on the market experience. The market-cooking concept is not new, but it is forgotten — you go to the market, see what looks good, you buy it, and you take it home.
The idea is for the guests to enjoy the process of going produce shopping together, see what looks good, decide on the spot what looks the best, and then take it to the Cafe for Chef Nacho to prepare the day’s meal.
Stops during the tour: bakery; fruit and vegetable market; butcher.
