Get ready for Spring and master tapas the Spanish way.

Join Jezabel for an intimate, hands-on cooking class to learn how to prepare some of her signature tapas and customer's favorite Pinchos.

During class, you will make your own Romesco sauce and Escabeche de Berenjena - pickled eggplant -. Also you will learn how to assemble Pan con Tomate y Jamon Serrano, as well as Salmon ahumado with goat cheese and pickled fennel.
You will savor a sample of Pinchos made by Jezabel throughout the evening.

Before we say goodbye, you will take the Romesco sauce and Escabeche you prepared during class to enjoy at home.
